We utilize the US Postal Service for shipping all domestic USA orders. Other carriers are also used for shipping international orders or orders originating from outside the USA. Shipping cost is calculated based on the shipping address entered at checkout. We provide choices of First Class Mail and other expedite services, the pricing for which is shown at checkout. You will not be charged for shipments which qualify for free shipping.
We ship all in stock items within 1-2 business days from receipt of your order. In most cases, we process your order the same day if we receive your order before 3pm Pacific time, Monday through Friday. Transit time varies based on the shipping method you select. Generally, USPS First Class Mail orders will arrive anywhere from 1 to 7 business days if your shipment destination is within the USA.
Items which are Made to Order are designated on each respective product page. These orders are manufactured just for you and generally take about 3-10 business days to make, depending on the season. Holidays may take longer. Delivery times vary from 1 to 7 business days if your shipment destination from within the USA. If your shipment destination is outside the USA, delivery can take as long as 3 weeks. We cannot guarantee manufacturing or delivery time for these goods.
All orders with destinations outside of the USA may be subject to customs duties or taxes and may cause additional delivery time delay. Delivery time estimates are provided at checkout where you may select available options. For more information about orders placed or to be delivered outside the USA, please read.
We shall not and will not be responsible for delays, errors or lost shipments. We do not guarantee US Post Service or other carrier's services or commitments. However, should a problem arise, we will do our best to resolve the issue. Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, the responsibility lies with you and the US Postal Service. In no event shall we be responsible for refunding monies due to the failure of the US Postal Service. Please contact us should you need our assistance.
If you are notified by the Postal Service that your parcel has been delivered, but cannot locate it, ask your household members, check your mailbox, ask your neighbors and ask your postal carrier and notify your local post office. We are not the post office and cannot help in this case. We use the postal service to ship your order. There is no insurance if the post office states your parcel was delivered. You MUST follow up with your local post office if you cannot locate the delivery. Almost always, when customers contact us that they have not received their delivery after notifying us that the post office tracking shows it was delivered, customers find the delivery after looking further. WE CANNOT ASSIST WHEN THE POSTAL SERVICE SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED. YOU MUST ACT QUICKLY AS PER OUR RECOMMENDATIONS. Our parcels are shipped in a plain white poly plastic mailing envelope or a US Priority Mail Tyvek envelope. Only large orders ship in boxes. Look in your mail or your mailbox. Please contact us should you need our assistance.
We charge sales tax on all products shipped from our headquarters in Henderson, NV USA to anywhere within the State Of Nevada. We charge sales tax for Made To Order products shipping within the states of California or North Carolina. No other taxes are charged outside of these areas.
Sales taxes are automatically calculated based on your shipping address at checkout.
