If you’re not happy with your VALROYS.COM order, get in touch with us and we’ll either exchange, replace, or give you a store credit or a refund. It’s your choice. Just return to us within 30 days. See our Returns Policy.
If you prefer, you can just send it back with a note and we'll take it from there as soon as we receive it.
To complete your return, we request a receipt or proof of purchase.
Your original packing slip with your order # or your original confirmation email should work great for this!
(If you can't locate either or this was a gift you would like to return/exchange, please Contact Us and we'll try to assist.)
Once we receive your returned item, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
If this was a gift and you would like to return your item for credit please email us at: help @ valroys.com and we'll issue a special discount code to you for use on our website. After 30 days, no refunds or exchanges are permitted.
We do not refund international and/or expedited shipping charges, like priority mail. In those cases, the refund is limited to a refund of the product price(s) only.
If you requested an exchange, your replacement item will be shipped within a few days at no cost! If your purchase was made to order, it'll take at 5 to 7 business days before it will ship to you.
You must first return the item to be exchanged. We only pay for the postage for First Class US Mail for returns or exchanges in the USA.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your original form of payment again. You may also want to contact your credit card company.
Please bear in mind that it may take a few days after we process your approved refund before it is officially posted by your financial institution.

If you believe that your concerns are not properly addressed, please ask to have your issue referred to our General Manager at (702) 857-7900 who will personally review and help resolve your issue.
